Regan Moore '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Regan Moore. I play 1st Base and Catcher for Hotshots Walls/Bacon and Lake Travis HS out of Austin, Tx. As a freshman and sophomore in 2022 and 2023, I received the Academic All District award. The strong bonds I’ve created with my coaches and teammates have given me great softball memories. Some of my favorite things to do outside of softball are spending time with my friends and family, participating in NHAS and NHS, and cuddling my cat every chance he gives me. Softball has been part of my life for 8 years and I would love to continue playing at the collegiate level. However, I’ve also found that I enjoy creating art within the past couple years. I’ve made it to the Texas VASE state competition two years in a row and received district and regional awards both times. My love for creating has spilled into my plans for the future where I would like to pursue a career developing prosthetics, which mixes my creative abilities and my understanding of math. My academic career has led me to succeed in higher level classes and maintain a 3.7 gpa or higher. I enjoy math and science and am very excited to expand my knowledge at college in order to help people by building them new arms and legs.
