Elana Luna '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Elana Luna and I’m a student-athlete from Pearland, TX. I attend Glenda Dawson High School and I also play for Athletics Mercado Academy - Herrera. My primary position is OF and 1st base. I spent many years as a multi-sport athlete playing volleyball, basketball, and track. My goals are to continue to be a 4-year varsity starter and to play softball for a college program while working to obtain my degree in Health Science or Nursing. I am coachable, hard working, and a great teammate. As described by my high school coach, Chelsea Boles, “this player is someone I consider a true utility player, knowing wherever I put her, she can get the job done.” As an all-around student-athlete, I work hard to obtain good grades while balancing my athletics.
