Hello coaches! My name is Madison Martin. I'm 5 feet and 1 inch, I weigh 135 pounds, and my time from home to first is approximately 3.0 seconds. I have been playing softball for almost 11 years and I love it. In fact, last summer, I was a member of the 4th place ranked team at the USSSA East Coast World Series. Over the course of that tournament I had 9 RBI's and was a major contributing factor to my team's success. I believe that I am able to contribute to the success of a team due to my drive for excellence. I work hard and give 110% every time I step on the field. I am often the first person at the field for practice and for games and Im also normally the last one to leave. I not only have a drive for excellence on the field but also in the classroom. I am currently in pursuit of an advanced diploma with several IB credits as well. As far as schools go, Im open to many different types of universities and colleges! My dream is simply to play the sport that I love in college. I intend to major in either pre - law or chemistry, but I am still tossing aroundsome other ideas. I also have many personal goals for myself. Before every season I like to set goals for myself in hopes of guiding my season down the right, positive path. My ultimate goal is to be a part of your team and have a positive impact on the success of your program!
