Personal Statement

I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price; .... Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision;...Vince Lombardi. Goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. My Goal is to play Division I Women's Basketball at an elite level and being one of the best players in womens basketball. My Dreams and Aspirations, It's unbelievable how each year since middle school, my perfectly laid plans for myself have unavoidably received inspiration, guidance and support from family and friends to achieve my heart desires. I had already set goals to become a physicians assistant. I hope to accomplish a great career in medicine as well as successfully graduating college with honors as a student-athlete. My passion for helping others, my experiences in life, and my scholastic ability in the classroom have contributed to my decision. I have always loved to help others, and I have always been amazed with the circle of life. I have had a passion for helping people ever since I was a little girl, especially with young children. To witness the joy and happiness on a child's face was my reward for helping. Not only do I want to help children, but also I want to help men and women in general. I want to be able to answer any of their questions concerning their loved ones or their own health. Being the first of my siblings to go to college will set the bar of what kind of role model I have to be for my family, my friends and my community. I have come to learned that with leadership and a positive attitude, anything is possible. Hard Work, Commitment, Persistence and good qualities will bring maximum success and happiness in all my educational endeavors on and off the basketball court. I want to continue to be a leader in college and an effective contributor to the world.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
