Gabrielle Davis '28 Recruiting Profile

I’m a driven and passionate rower from Sarasota, FL, currently attending Pine View School (Class of 2028). I’ve been rowing for just over a year with Sarasota Crew where I row port in various boats. Prior to highschool, I played club AAU and school basketball, volleyball, and I ran the 800 in track and field. I began rowing part time in eight grade and took a liking to the sport. Over the past year, my interest has grown and I have committed 100% to the sport. 

I rowed in the U16 8 (seat 3) while also competing in the Varsity Quad (seat 3) at Southeast Regionals. Our U16 8 (seat 3)won the gold medal at US Rowing Youth Rowing Nationals 2025.

My most recent 2K time was 8:10 on April 2025.  I am committed to continuing improve.

Academically, I maintain a 3.63 unweighted GPA and balance my time as a dedicated student and community service leader. My passion for architecture has allowed me to upgrade my role at summer camp in Massachusetts to Construction Camp.

I would love to row at the Division I level and seek a program where I can grow as an athlete and a student while contributing to a competitive and supportive team environment.
