Juliana Armetta '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Juliana Armetta, a class of 2021 student athlete from Fenwick High School in Oak Park, IL.  Fenwick is an academically rigorous selective school.  I am a guard on Illinois Hustle, where I have played for the past three  seasons.  On the court, I have been the leading three-point shooter in each of my seasons with Illinois Hustle.  

Off the court, I plan to study political science/pre-law in college with the intention of becoming an Attorney.  I have a 3.5/4.0 cumulative GPA.  I am active in many clubs at Fenwick, including Student Council, Debate, and Friar Mentors ( a peer-to-peer mentoring program).  I chose these clubs as they can help me become more well-rounded as I pursue a career practicing Law.  

I am an extremely hard worker on and off the court.  I like to be challenged and am willing to put in the work that goes into meeting those challenges.  I like to win and I’m dedicated to doing whatever I can to help my team reach its goals.  

I have been playing basketball at the AAU level since I was in 4th grade.  I hope to continue to play basketball in college and know I can help a team in different areas.  I am continuing to work hard to develop my all-around game, both on offense and defense.
