Personal Statement

Basketball has become a large part of who I am.  With that, I enjoy both the personal training time, but look forward to developing strong relationships with my teams.  As I continue to challenge myself at various camps and seasons, the importance of smooth team dynamics is so important.  In my college search, finding the right fit for team dynamics at the highest level at which I can benefit the team, gain personal growth, and exceed academically(Business), is the ultimate goal.

Though I wish to personally succeed each time I’m on the court, my basketball IQ trumps these personal goals.  I’m content to support my teammates and play as one, but also know when it’s time to take my shot.  My focus is evident both on and off the court, I keep a 30,000’ overview, knowing the road is long and consistency and hard work will win out.

Finally, respect is my moto.   Respect myself, coaches, peers, and the process that it takes to win, and when winning isn’t in the cards, respect the constructive criticism.
