Samantha Keppel '18 Recruiting Profile

As this new chapter of my life is about to begin, I want to take what I've learned in my past experiences and take it further. I have played junior golf ever since I was ten years old. Competing in tournaments, on all of the different islands of Hawaii, as much as a different island every week, opened up my love for traveling. I've been on the varsity 1 girls golf team at my high school since freshman year and loved being apart of a team. The Punahou girls golf team took first place in the State Championships nine out of the past ten years. From being apart of a team I've learned cooperation, loyalty, and how to successfully work with others. As this is my last year being apart of the Punahou Golf team, I want to participate in college golf to take the lessons and skills I've learned f to the next level.
