- Our Marvin Ridge High School team all performed very well. I started out with a few unfortunate breaks that caused me to go triple and double, but didn’t get down and stayed focused with a positive attitude. Finished the front nine +8 (44), and on the back nine I had three birdies, 2 pars, 1bogey, and 2 doubles to finish with an 82. Overall happy how I clawed back to help our team advance to the States taking place at Pinehurst #6 on 10/28 and 10/29.

- Another fun and exciting tournament with many familiar faces/friends and met many new competitors. Thank you PKB and Junior PGA for hosting an amazing event. Over the past few days, I grinded and was determined to finds opportunities to let my game shine. Day 1, I shot 82 as I left a few holes get away from me, but determined to continue staying positive resulting in shooting 78. Showing consistent progress gives me a desire to be on the course tomorrow practicing and preparing for my next PKB tournament North Carolina Series Open @ UNC Chapel Hill Finley GC in two weeks

- 12th Place. Very proud of my performance over the last two days playing in the Peggy Kirk Bell (PKB) Regional tournament at Stonebridge Golf Club. Day 1 shot 4 over on the front nine and left the last few holes get the best of me by shooting an 85. Post round thoughts, I will shoot in the 70s on Day 2 with determination set in my eyes. Today, I shot 1 over on the front nine and as she marched to the 10th tee, I was determined to finish the back nine strong. After a few bad breaks, I finished Par, Par, Par on 16-18, and shooting a 78 today, +6. Finish 12 out of 21 girls. Morgans ball striking was impressive and love her passion and grind. Day 1 recap - 8/18 GIR, 10/14 fairways, and 36 putts Day 2 recap - 11/18 GIR, 10/14 fairways and 34 putts

- Morgans continues to grow and develop her golf game. I am so proud of grinding through very difficult weather conditions (heavy rain, wind, and more rain) this weekend at the PKB National Tournament Carolina’s Girls Classic @ Carolina Trace. This week stats are 11/18 GIR, 11/14 Fairways, and 39 Putts. Breaking 80 consistently will happen if we can get the putts down to 30. Love the attitude, passion, and hunger to win, but really enjoy the sportsmanship she has for her opponents. Morgan is meeting some really amazing competitors and long time relationships.

- Morgan started out slow on her first three holes, but turned it on to go birdie on 4 and Eagle on 5, to shoot 3 over on the front nine 39. She remained 3 over until she hit the difficult hole on 14, but she bounced back to finish strong with a 41, shooting an 80 for the tournament. Morgan hit 10/18 GIR, 12/14 fairways, and getting better with 32 Putts. The winner shot 77, Second Place was 79, and Morgan finished with an 80.
