I am a 16-year-old student athlete who has a goal to compete at the collegiate level. My strengths in the game of golf include my flexibility, ball striking, and power, which I attribute to my career as a competitive gymnast. I consistently outdrive my competitors, and I believe my length will be an asset at the next level of golf competition as well. I have also worked extensively on my ball striking, and I feel my ability to hit any shot required on the golf course is a strength. Additionally, I am committed to working on my game, particularly my short game, which improved significantly this past winter, as I had the opportunity to travel to Florida to train at the Henry Brunton Academy. I will be continuing my training at the Edge School in Calgary, Alberta, beginning this fall.
Outside of golf, I am a strong academic student with grades consistently above 90% and participate in other sports, including volleyball, skiing, and surfing. I consider myself a very mature individual who is able to get along with others in a team environment while still focusing on the individual aspect of golf, which I enjoy.
