Personal Statement
My name is Asia Kachuk. I’m a goalie from Sherwood Park, AB. I’m currently playing for the Sherwood Park Fury in Sherwood Park, AB. In the past with the SPKAC Royals, I was honoured with the Goaltender of the Year award from the AFHL. With my spring hockey team, Northern Alberta United 04s, we won gold in all three tournaments we attended. Later during the spring, I went Alberta Challenge Cup and made it to the final where we just fell short of gold. In the summer, I was lucky enough to attend Hockey Alberta's U16 camp in Red Deer. I am a very hard worker and I am consistent in my play. My strengths in tracking and skating help me to be successful in games. In academics, I have received honour roll every year so far. I study every night and I make time for school no matter how busy my schedule is. My goal is to hopefully play DIV1 hockey at university.

- I go here whenever I need to refresh or if problems come up with my focus. I can say that because of them I am definitely the most consistently focused goalie in the AFHL. They have worked with Braden Holtby and Carter Hart.
