Sophia Dadd '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a sophomore attending The Frederick Gunn School in Washington, Connecticut and play defense for the Highlanders. Previously, I attended Ridgefield High School and achieved honor roll for the past two years. In my sophomore season of high school hockey, I was named defenseman of the year sophomore, and freshman year by my Coach and was an All FCIAC (Conference) selection. For club, I played defense for the CT Polar Bears U16 minor team and we attended the National Tournament in Anaheim, California.

To describe my game, I would say I am a physical and strong, aggressive defender who loves winning battles in the corners and in front of the net. I also love to contribute on offense too, through a strong shot, finding the open player, or joining the rush.
