Madelyn Fogle '28 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Madelyn Fogle and I have played many different levels of hockey in my almost eleven years of hockey experience.

 I love being a defenseman, however, as a team driven player I have equal experience playing as a forward (right and left wing). I am proud of my experience playing forward for my co-ed 16 UA team, as the only female player.

I have played co-ed hockey since age 4. I have  really enjoyed exploring girls hockey while playing high school hockey and playing for a girls 14U AA NTB team, where I was a starting left defender.

I am a strong and aggressive player who goes hard every shift.  I have a very strong net front presence and can move the opposing team out of the net in the defensive zone. I am known for my ability to clear and carry the puck out of the defensive zone and have an accurate shot from the point. Most notably, I am an extremely coachable player and enjoy being told what I can improve on. One of the things I love about hockey, there’s always room to improve and take my playing style to the next level. I love playing defense and making smart plays that help my team to succeed on the ice. I am a team player both on and off the ice. I would love to continue my hockey career in college and play at the next level of hockey.
