2024 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Paige and I am a senior at Costa Mesa High School. I have been on the rowing team at Newport Sea Base since my freshman year. I rowed on the women's team as a freshman and a sophmore, and my junior year i switched to a coxswain, where I have been coxing on the u19 men's team sence. After I graduate high school I want to attend college, where I am interested in studying possible psychology, early education, or engineering. Along with what i choose for my major in college, I hope to join the schools rowing team, as the sport means so much to me and has helped me become the person of who I am.
Over time I have learned to adapt and find my place in new environments. I am hard working and am alwase looking for places where I can make improvements, both on the water, and off.
