Hello, my name is Ally Pastor and I joined Great Bridge Crew 5 years ago. In my time with them, I have gone through 3 different head coaches and all the challenges that comes along with having a new coach. Especially as a coxswain, I believe it is important to be able to adapt to your changing surroundings and make the best of a situation. Despite the difficult circumstances, I stuck with coxing because I love being able to get in a boat and help everyone reach their fullest potential.
