My current 2k is 7:27.6, which is a 53-second drop from last year when I first started erging. Despite being a sophomore, I am already the fastest rower on the crew team at McLean High School and one of the fastest on my elite sculling team, Potomac Boat Club.
During the winter, I engage in cross-training through winter rowing conditioning, while also serving as a captain for my high school's girls' JV basketball team.
As a dedicated student, I prioritize my grades and have worked hard to maintain a balance between my academics and extracurricular activities.
Looking ahead, my ultimate goal is to row for a highly selective college team. I am driven by the belief that hard work and consistent improvement are what separate good rowers from great ones. I, also, aspire to be surrounded by women who share my same level of passion and dedication for rowing.
