Abigail Camus '28 Recruiting Profile

  Hello my name is Abigail Camus. I started playing soccer for my hometown club when I was just four years old. I developed a passion for the sport the summer before my sixth grade year. Soccer has been my whole world ever since. It was that year that I had decided that I was going to train tirelessly day after day, to be the best I can be, so I would be able to play in college. I know that I'm different from every soccer player that I have ever met because I love to play soccer, and work hard. I have played in different places all across Florida, but no matter where I go I take notice of the lack of work ethic. I see girls who complain when it's time to start training, or start conditioning. I just see it as fun because I know that it makes me better. I train and tone my body everyday to ensure I am always in peak physical condition. A few years ago my parents realized that I have a work ethic that they have never seen before. That's why they decided to send me to my current school, Xl Academy. Xl Academy is a private soccer school in Florida. I train coed for two hours everyday at school. The coaches are tough, but I love them because they push us to be the best we can be. All of this being said, I hope that you will consider me for your college soccer program, and thank you for your time.
