I have been successful playing at every sport in my high school (basketball, field athletics, volleyball, soccer). Due to my performance at high school, my coach recommended me for a try out with the Peruvian national women's soccer team. I preferred to join instead one of the top three professional teams in Peru, Sporting Cristal (women's soccer team - https://www.facebook.com/SCfemenino/). As a member of this team, we reached # 2 final position in the local tournaments of 2016 and 2017. Due to this performance, Sporting Cristal was invited to play the national tournament in Argentina and we returned with the winner’s cup.
In 2018, we won the Peruvian national championship. In January 2019, Sporting Cristal was invited by CONMEBOL (http://www.conmebol.com/) the confederation of national soccer federations from South America (the equivalent of UEFA for Europe or CONCACAF for North America), to participate in the Fiesta Sudamericana de la Juventud cup that took place in Paraguay including the national clubs from each country in South America for the female sub-16 category. My team, Sporting Cristal, earned the right to participate and this was my second international experience playing overseas.
Academically, I am proud to mention that I ranked first in my class, with an academic average of 15.55. The maximum degree in the Peruvian education system is 20. While benchmarking these results with those from the total high school students, I rank in the top 20% (57/271).
I believe that I can provide your school with diversity, my eagerness to excel at academics and my international experience in soccer.
