Peyton Keyes '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Peyton Keyes and I am part of the class of 2025.

I am a sophomore at Wellesley High School in MA and I am interested in playing college soccer. Right now I play for NEFC 2006 DPL, practice with the NEFC 2006 GA team, and am part of the 2006 NEFC DPL select team which will travel to GA Showcases.I am also a two year starter for my high school's varsity team. 

With my NEFC teams, I usually play attacking midfield. For Wellesley High School, I play both midfield striker and winger. For the past two years my club team has qualified for the DPL nationals and fell one game short of the finals in overtime this past year. We hope to redeem ourselves this upcoming season by not only making it to the finals but also winning. 

My high school team this past year made it further in the MIAA D1 playoffs than our school has ever made it, making it to the semi finals but falling short in overtime. Personally that season I was put on the Eastern Massachusetts All-Star team and was one of only three sophomores who was also put on the Massachusetts 2022 All-State soccer team. 

As great of an experience it was this year to make it so far in the playoffs for both of my teams. I hope that next year we can take it one step further and raise our level to make it to the finals and do our best to win in both of those teams. 

In addition to soccer I run track for my school in both the winter and spring, I run the 100, 200, 4x200, and even long jump. 

For school I carry a 4.0/5 GPA and I am involved in Honors Algebra II, Honors Chemistry, and look forward to expanding my level of difficulty even more in the classroom next year.

I have played soccer my whole life and it is very important to me to keep pursuing this passion past high school. I am excited to see what is to come throughout my search and look forward to meeting you!
