Rileigh Clegg '22 Recruiting Profile

I come from a military family and as a result I have now played soccer in 3 states giving me experience and opportunities with several different coaches, clubs, and teams quickly earning my way to a starting position each time.  I have played soccer for 7 years and travel for 3 most recently Alabama.  I was also a member of Alabama's 04G ODP team in 2018-2019.  I was a starter for Manassas Park Middle School as a 7th grader, JV for Manassas Park High School as an 8th grader, and Varsity for Prattville High School as a freshman  I generally play anywhere on defense especially center-back and right back and can play on the wings.  In the 2018 spring season my NVSC 04G CCL2 team was league champions and this year my BUSA 04G D2 team won state cup finishing the season undefeated with only allowing one goal.  We go to Texas for the USYS 2019 Southern President's Cup in mid June.  In school I am an honor roll student while taking pre-AP and honors classes.  I am taking Spanish II and Pre-AP Algebra 2 with trig as a freshman.  I have been in the gifted and talented program since 4th grade.  I was a member of the robotics team in Virginia where we made it to state twice.  I will complete my freshman year at Prattville High School in Alabama and then I will finish my high school career at Beavercreek High School in Ohio.  I plan on looking into being a volunteer especially at the local hospital or a Drs Office and joining the pre med club at my new school.  I love playing soccer and cannot see myself not still playing in college.
