Sophia Leonetti '20 Recruiting Profile

I'm not the type of person that enjoys school dances and things like that, I'm more of a home body at do what I can at home. I see myself as a more social person and not really one for technology other than texting or calling for direction purposes and occasionally instagram, but I'm thankful for that because it makes me realize the little things that distinguish people from others. I am also the type of person that doesn't like watching things, I like doing them and if I can't do something, I find ways to give direction on the field, at home and at school to help. I see myself not only as a good student in school, but I am also a good student athlete out of school, even when no one is watching.  I usually put others needs in front of mine and give support to teammates and friends on and off the field. I try not to hide my natural, but mature personality, but I also know when it is too much and it's time to focus. I like the aspects of being part of a team and having great bonds to where everyone feels comfortable showing who they are. I recognize the small things, and though sometimes it might not necessarily be the best thing, it improves me as a player, a sibling and a teammate. I am always versatile in any subject and position, and even though it might not be where I'm comfortable, but I know there's always a way to be comfortable and I work hard while taking criticism or critique to get myself there. Lastly, I like being a kid and hanging with my family.
