Hannah Regan '24 Recruiting Profile

     I have been a competitive swimmer for the past nine years, and it has always been a major part of my life. Swimming has not only taught me to push myself, but it has given me amazing friendships, opportunities, and helped me overcome some of the obstacles that I have faced throughout my life.

     Having recently completed my junior year at Tehachapi High School as a 15-year-old, I am used to having to quickly adapt to environments with those that have more experience than myself. I have maintained over a 4.0 GPA throughout my entire high school career, and I have strived to be the best student I could possibly be. I enjoy participating in a wide variety of school activities, some of these being Mathletes, Interact Club (community service), Book Club, and Yearbook. 

     I believe I would be a good fit for a college team because when I set my mind to something, I will work dedicatedly to achieve it. I enjoy working with others and being part of a group. I have remained in the top three swimmers on my team all throughout high school, as well as the top three students in my entire graduating Class of 2024. I had the privilege of competing and medaling at CIF D-1 Championships this previous 2022-2023 season, and I look forward to further achieving my goals in my upcoming senior year swim season. 

     I plan to pursue a degree in Liberal Arts, and I hope to continue my swimming journey at the collegiate level.
