Keena Hughes '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Keena Hughes and I would like to tell you a little bit about me. I have been playing tennis since I was 3 years old. I like playing tennis because it is fun, competitive, and teaches you life lessons such as how to stay focused and resilient after a setback or two. I also love the adrenaline you feel right after you have set up an amazing shot that your opponent simply cannot return. I live in Gretna, Louisiana and attend Thomas Jefferson Academy for Advanced Studies. Some of my other talents include singing, dancing, acting, playing clarinet, and playing piano. I also am really into photography and I love listening to music. 

I want to go to college to play collegiate tennis and study music, theatre, and psychology. I would be a great addition to your tennis team because I am a determined, hard-working, individual who also knows how to have fun. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
