Personal Statement

My Freshmen year I had my first Cross Country meet. I came 3rd and at that moment I realized that I wanted to be #1 and how exciting it felt to be that close to it. I'm willing to do anything it takes to be #1. My mom has always said " You have the ability to run, so run." This is what inspires me to run. My coaches tell me the same thing and it keeps me motivated. My aspirations foe high school are to go to state and place #1 in 400 and the 800. For college I would love to study Criminology & law. I feel that I can change the world by giving justice to as many people as possible. Along the way I want to run for a big league college.  With this in mind my sport has taught me that if I want to go to college running I have to be motivated and work 3 times harder than anyone else. Have team work and discipline.
