Mazee Southward '24 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to join a team that becomes part of my family that helps me reveal my masterpiece. I have strong aspirations of setting PR records all four years and help my team win titles. I served a 3 year mission with my family and  learned many life lessons that I would bring to the team. Hard work is the power, excellence is the motive, enthusiasm is the key and family is the reason.  I've learned to find my "WHY" as I have been at times the only female runner on my team and had to  dig deep each day and race against myself. Academics are important  to me and I am not always the most  naturally gifted but will work harder than anyone in the class. Because  of this I lead my Junior class with a 4.21 GPA and became a member of the National Honor Society. Let's team up and change this world together!
