Sage Bowen '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a passionate, goal-oriented person seeking opportunities to take next steps in my athletic and academic career.  My name is Sage. I am a member of a large family with four sisters and one brother whom I love very much.  I have extremely supportive parents who have walked along beside me through significant teenage struggles. For this I am better prepared, and realize how to meet adversity with a smile. My success as a student and as an athlete is rooted in my hard work, likable personality, and desire to be the best at anything I choose to tackle. I am an honor role student with a 3.1 GPA, former beta club member, current captain of the sprinters, and an active member in my local church. I have also ran cross country where my personal best is a 19:54. Track is where my heart is, and I currently run the 400m in 1:02 and the 800m in 2:26.
