Ava Steins '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Ava Steins! I've been playing volleyball for about 5 years now and I'd love to continue playing at the collegiate level. I am a hard working, disciplined, coachable, and passionate player. Having been captain of my club team for 3 years and the captain of my High School Varsity team, I've gained a lot of leadership experience and try my best to be a positive leader on the court. I love playing volleyball because it is such a strategic and mental sport. Throughout my years playing, I've learned how play smart and how to take advantage of another team's weaknesses. Outside of volleyball, I play piano, participate in the visual art program at my school, and take many AP classes. Academics are extremely important to me and I am looking for a school that can balance my love for volleyball and my academic goals.
