Daniela Melamed '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Daniela Melamed, I am 16 years old and have been playing for Absolute's most competitive power teams since I was 9.  My greatest trait is my perseverance/motivation for success.  I have experienced my fair share of wins and losses, not just in volleyball, but these characteristics are what pushed me forward and guided me to better myself given any situation.  On the court, I turn 5'7" into 6'2" with my confidence, comradery, and passion for volleyball.  Many of my greatest achievements also lie in my academics.  I am very self-driven in school and learning, always aiming for the highest grades and academic excellence.  I have been a part of the honors program at my high school since entrance, and take my studies very seriously, only allowing extra time for my love, volleyball.  If I make myself a goal, I will attain it despite how difficult it may prove to be.  I love growing and watching my development as a driven student, confident athlete, and unique person.
