Brooke Hayden '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Brooke Hayden and I am from James C Enochs High school, class of 2023. I am a 5'8" Outside Hitter and Defense Specialist. I started playing volleyball in seventh grade and have since put forth all my effort and focus on improving my skills because of my love for the game. As well as an athlete I am also a leader and student. I pride myself in my GPA, my weighted GPA is a 4.18, and my participation in leadership. Lessons I've learned in leadership have really helped me become a better teammate, athlete, and leader to my teams throughout the years. I am very competitive and work and am willing to work as hard as I can to accomplish the goals I have set out for myself. Some of those include gaining a better volleyball IQ and increasing my vertical. I have been a Captain for many of my volleyball teams and am currently one now. Not only am I confident in my contribution to my team but I am also confident in my capabilities to lead a team. I am extremely grateful for the support I have received from my family and how fortunate I am to be playing volleyball. I hope to be fortunate enough to also continue my volleyball career in college as well as accomplish my dream to study aviation.
