I have been playing volleyball for 8 years now, and every day I fall more in love with the sport. The team aspect of volleyball is what has made the sport so special for me, along with simply just loving the game, and I know that playing in college will allow me to make new relationships with teammates and create even more great memories with volleyball. I am also a fierce competitor and am so grateful that volleyball has allowed me to channel my competitive edge. I am always the loudest, most excited girl on the court and strive to be a leader, as I have been captain for my high school team the last two years. Along with a great volleyball program, a very important aspect for me in choosing a college is an academically rigorous school that will challenge me off the court.
