The first time I played volleyball back in fourth grade, I fell in love with the game. Each season, my goal was to step my game up to the next level. I feel I have accomplished that every season, but I do not plan on ending my volleyball career once I graduate high school. I hope to continue playing at high levels, like college level, and continue improving my game. When I play, I prove that height is not what makes a great player. Despite many judgments and criticisms, I continue to play because I love the game. My heart and will carry me farther than many other players. When I'm on the court, I give 100% and leave it all on the court. I hope that I inspire other players who have been judged to continue playing and not let any judgment get to them. I aspire to be the player that others look to as a role model and an inspiration. After college, I plan to still have volleyball be a big part of my life. I hope to still be coaching at that time, because sharing my love and knowledge of the game with those eager to learn is a great way to influence others through one of my passions. Also, after college, my dream is to be working in a medical field and looking forward to each day. Taking care of others has always been something I loved to do. My overall dream for the future is to just be happy with my life, which is possible if volleyball and an enjoyable job are present.
