Cassie Corbett '19 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a straight A student.  Ranked 20 out of 504.  I view myself as a student athlete.  I am part of the AG-Science program at school and really like the path of education I am on.  It is a little more challenging but I like it.

I love volleyball and has been my passion since 6th grade.  I have always been a starter on all of my teams, including being a starter at Tracy High Varsity Volleyball team in my Sophomore year.

I have also always played up on each of the 4 years I have played competitive Volleyball.  Playing on the 16's team while 15 years old.  

2016 I played as a starter on the 15's team and went to Jr. Nationals in Indianapolis IN.  This was an amazing experience participating in the highest level of play.  Rage 15's came in 19th in the nation, and I am pretty proud of that.

2016 on the Varsity team we were undefeated for the first time in Tracy High School history and were league champions.  Our team was honored by the Mayor of Tracy Robert Rickman and we all received Certificates of Achievement.  That was pretty awesome too.  You can see the video and copy of the certificate on my FB Page  https://www.facebook.com/cassiek.corbett

I have had some great coaches that have pushed me to reach my best potential.  Example Greg Gibbons, my coach for 2 years.  Greg is the head coach for the University of the Pacific (UOP).  He taught me a lot and of course took us to Jr. Nationals.  My head coach for High School Mahina McCamey has been a great inspiration as well and going undefeated last year was amazing.
