Personal Statement
I began playing volleyball in 7th grade for a school team. I was told by others that my height would be beneficial and make me a stronger player, so I took their word for it. Volleyball became something I would look forward to at the end of the school day. The second I got on to the court, my mind was cleared and I felt relaxed. One thing I loved about my volleyball team was the connections I made with my teammates and the support I got from them.
