Beatrix Brown '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello! 

My name is Beatrix Brown (Bea for short), and I am a 6'1" middle blocker. My hometown is in Covington, Louisiana but I attend IMG Academy in Florida. I transferred to IMG Academy for my junior year but previously attended a boarding school called St. Paul's in Concord, New Hampshire. Playing volleyball collegiately is one of my largest aspirations for the future, and I continue to work to improve myself to obtain this goal. After stepping foot on the volleyball court for the first time, I was overcome by the love and camaraderie that I felt, and I realized that I wanted volleyball to be a large part of my life. I have improved immensely as an athlete on and off the court after falling in love with volleyball, and would love nothing more than to further my athletic career by playing collegiate volleyball. I am dedicated to working hard and giving one hundred percent on and off the court as well as promoting a positive environment throughout my team. I have participated in many sports throughout my life, ranging from gymnastics to rowing, and I have never been apart of a sport that I have continued to love with so much passion.
