‘Anolani Santos '26 Recruiting Profile

Aloha, 

My name is ʻAnolani Santos and I am currently a junior in high school. I am a student at Ke Kula ʻO Nāwahīokalani'ōpuʻu public charter school, a Hawaiian language immersion school. I am fluent in both English and Hawaiian. Our high schoolʻs athletics program is under Hilo High School and this is my third year on the varsity team. I play as a setter and right side/opposite.

I have been playing volleyball since I was 7 years old and learned to play all positions but primarily focused on setting and opposite. For 7 years I played with Nā Ihe Laumeki Volleyball Club, a club that teaches volleyball in Hawaiian language, and graduated from the program in 2022.  

I will be playing with the Spike and Serve 17-1 team this coming club season (2024-2025). I played with Pilipaʻa Nā Wāhine for the 2023 and 2024 club seasons.

My love for volleyball began at a young age and it is a sport I have always been dedicated and passionate about. My goal is to play collegiate volleyball and to hopefully receive a full ride scholarship to a university or junior college. Not only am I passionate about volleyball but I am very passionate about my academics too. I have always maintained a 4.0 gpa throughout my years in school and am determined to maintain it throughout my high school career.
