I was introduced to volleyball at the age of 6.  I have played in several other sports, but nothing compared to my love for volleyball.  The competition, the adrenaline rush at game time, the camaraderie with my teammates and coaches, the excitement of winning, and the drive to do better.. I love it all! 

I am a hard-working, committed and passionate player that leads by example.  I am always looking to improve and grow; a trait that is seen in my work ethic and drive for excellence.  Off the court, my time is spent training or studying. I also enjoy days at the beach, outdoor activities, and spending time with my family. 

A few years ago, I overcame a wrist injury that required physical therapy.  It was at this time that I found my calling. After completing my treatment plan, I returned to the facility as a volunteer.  Working with the physical therapy team in helping others to heal and regain function was a rewarding experience.  My goal is to play volleyball in college while pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy or Kinesiology.
