Olivia Jenkins '25 Recruiting Profile

   Aloha! My name is Olivia Jenkins and I am a Junior at Kapaa High School and play as an OH for my high school varsity team. I have a strong passion and love for volleyball. My long term goal is to play as a collegiate athlete while pursuing studies in the Health field. I am always trying to improve my skills whether it be going over game footage or getting 1-on-1 time with my coaches. I always try to encourage and motivate my teammates to improve our play on the court. Volleyball has made me a better person.  I have been able to grow and develop as an athlete, make some awesome friends, and I am excited to see what's next.

  On and off the court, I am very competitive and strive to be the best academically and athletically. Although not every time turns out how I want, I always put my best effort no matter what. I have been able to maintain a 3.8+ GPA while playing multiple sports. I am not afraid to ask questions even though I am on the younger side. I'm always looking for ways to better myself as an athlete, both physically and mentally. Apart from athletics, I was apart of Future Farmers of America where we participated in a few community service projects. I also look to continue doing volunteer work. I understand that playing at the collegiate level requires hard work, commitment, and being a team player.  I am coachable and ready to learn.  I am going to continue my journey through hard work, passion, and support from family, friends, and my team, to achieve my goal of being a collegiate volleyball player.
