Elliott Sharpe '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Elliott! I'm a freshman at Mercy Academy, and I also currently play at MAVA  for club. I play in the front row, and I have been moved around for all of my high school teams, as well as club. This has made me flexible, and I can play, and learn, wherever I am needed. I aspire to play at collegiate levels, as well as continue my education. I am very dedicated to working equally as hard for my sport and my schooling, and I overall wish to learn and apply as much as I can from both.

Volleyball has grounded me, and taught me many things throughout my time playing. I have to learn from my mistakes, not get upset over them. I have to mature and grow, and with every coach, I have to learn and apply what they have to teach me. I can always improve, but I have to want that and work for it. All these lessons can be carried on into life as well, and have helped me grow into who I am today.
