Hello Coaches!
My name is Karalize Loewen and will be graduating in 2024 from JH Bruns Collegiate, Manitoba Canada.
My passion lies in volleyball! I am a setter and absolutely love my position and the game. I have been playing volleyball since I was in Gr 4 and have been doing camps and tournaments ever since. Every summer/winter breaks I sign up for camps in my area to improve my game and fitness level and therefor play volleyball almost all year round.
My accomplishments so far are:
2022 Best of the West Tournament: Bronze Medal
2022 Cats Tournament: Gold Medal Champions
2022 16U Manitoba Premier Tournament: Gold Medal Champions
2022 16U Provincial Champions
Received All Star award
2021 4AAAA Varsity Champions
2021 Received Player of the Game award during Semi Final Playoffs.
I have done numerous setters and all skills camps - mostly with Sydney Purvis (Jr. Bison) and Bandits (Chris Cara and Gui Ossig) I also helped out as a setter with middle and outside hitter camps with Bandits (Chris Cara) . In 2020/2021 I participated in Canada Games practices with coaches Alixandra Krahn and Gui Ossig.
Earlier this year I completed a volleyball referee course and is actively involved in refereeing high school volleyball.
I see myself as a strong and extremely hard working athlete and a dedicated team player, and would love to play college or university volleyball.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio!
