Hi coaches, my name is Vanessa Magloire and i'm a class of 2027 libero/DS. I have been playing volleyball since I was 12 years old and instantly fell in love with the sport. Through the years of playing volleyball I enjoyed it and, the more I enjoyed it the more it made me want to work at it to get to where I want to be which is playing collegiate volleyball. I like to bring a lot of energy on the court uplifting my teammates after good or bad plays. I have learned to be a leader in this sport and how to build relationships on and off the court with teammates and coaches. I made a goal my freshman year to make the varsity team at only 14 years old and, i knew that it would take a lot of hard work. So, I attended camps over the summer and worked hard and soon enough that hard work payed off resulting me a starting freshman on varsity. That experience has taught me that in order to get where I want to be in my life I have to be willing to put in the work no matter how hard it is. I hope that I can keep this mentality all the way up to my college years and become very successful in this sport. I love to read and learn about history and would like to study business or fashion. My ultimate goal is to get better everyday in volleyball and become a strong leader along the way.
