Personal Statement
I would like to play volleyball at a Division 1 school while getting my education. My dream is to have the opportunity to represent the USA Women's volleyball team in the Olympics some day. Academics are very important to me as well because I am a very good student and I take academics very serious. Team chemistry is very important as I feel that it can lead to great success both on and off the court.

F.A.S.T. helps pro athletes, competitive high school and college players, and weekend warriors achieve their personal goals in the athletic world, or when getting over an injury. Our certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, certified strength and conditioning specialists, sports & rehab physicians, sports nutritionists, sports massage therapist, acupuncturist, and sports psychologists are committed to helping our athletes get Faster, Stronger and Smarter. At the core of our services is the Functional Movement Screen which analyzes the athlete’s whole body from their toes to their nose to identify functional limitations and asymmetries in movement, documents and corrects these dysfunctions, that left alone, reduce the effects of functional training and makes athletes less efficient.
