Erin Brady '18 Recruiting Profile

       My passion for volleyball grew huge in seventh grade when I made my first team. I fell in love with the game instantly, knowing this is what I've wanted to do. During my sophomore year of high school I didn't make the junior varsity or varsity team. This experience made me grow as a person and I started to re-focus my efforts on becoming a great all around player. Fortunately this past year, 2016, I had the privilege to be on a division 1 championship winning varsity team, making everything I worked so hard to rebuild seem credible.

      On the court I am intense, passionate, constantly talking about what I see, and I adapt quickly offensively and defensively. I am a team leader, trying to be a good example while also encouraging my teammates. I believe I not only have talent to compete on a college level team, but also the work-ethic and leadership skills that coaches are looking for. I am very coachable and willing to work hard at any new challenges that are presented my way. I am constantly striving to move forward with my academic and athletic abilities.
