My name is Carly Rodman and I am a member of the class of 2020 at Rochester High School where I play for the Varsity volleyball team. I have also been playing club volleyball for three years, and I have always had the privilege of being the captain of my team. My primary position is libero/DS but over the years, I have played numerous positions including setter and outside hitter. This makes me a very versatile player and allows me to know and understand every position on the court. My goals are to attend a top college where I can play volleyball and obtain a high quality education. I have loved volleyball since I the first time I stepped on the court, and I would like to continue to grow my skills by playing in college. After finishing school, I would also enjoy becoming a volleyball coach so I can share my knowledge and skills by assisting young players and growing their love of volleyball. I am hardworking, dedicated, coachable, uplifting, and kind. I am a leader on the court and I am always talking about what is happening during a rally. I am not only committed to volleyball, but I am dedicated to being an outstanding student as well. I currently have a 4.14 GPA and am in National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, English National Honor Society, and Social Studies National Honor Society. I am very excited to find a college that I can play for where I can continue to refine my skills and provide a positive impact on the team!
