Personal Statement

Volleyball has been a part of my life since I can remember. My love for the game started with being the "ball girl" for my two older sisters at countless matches. I started playing varsity for my high school team in 8th grade. My freshman and sophomore seasons included setting a 5-1, serving as floor captain, being named a PrepVolleyball Sophomore 79,  and recording over 1,300 set assists. I have played club volleyball for SWMNVB for four years. 

I am a diligent and driven setter. Picking up my teammates while they are down and remaining positive through adversity are important factors of my game. I hold high standards for myself on the court and in the classroom. My dream is to get a great college education while playing volleyball for that school.
