Sophia Rendo '27 Recruiting Profile

I am Sophia Diana Rendo.  I am a freshman at the Academy of the Holy Angels in Demarest, New Jersey. I have played volleyball since the six grade,  Recently I completed my freshman season starting for my High School Junior Varsity team.   I am 5'7 and 110, left handed setter and an opposite.  I am  precise with my sets to giving my hitters the best opportunity to score.   Academics are very important to me.  I was on the honor roll in middle school and in the high school my GPA is 3.8.  I love math and science and plan on majoring in Engineering or Science in College.  I was raised in a bi-lingual household and as a first generation American.  I am looking for a culturally enriching and educationally challenging experience in college.  In my spare time, I like to travel, bake, read books, and spend time with family and friends.
