I have always dreamed to play college volleyball, Highland is not really looked at for their volleyball and softball teams, but my dream is to progress in volleyball and academics in college. I may not have the skills that are needed right now, but what makes me different from other recruits is motivation and the drive to excel in every aspect of my life. As of right now I am working really hard to become top ten of my class, I am in three clubs, in a sport every season, working on an internship, and working on scholarships, yet still I think I can do more. I ran to become the 2018-2019 Senior Class Vice President and I got it. Being team captain for the Highland High School Volleyball Team was an honor but it also worked on my mental state. Highland is an amazing school but the players have that mentality that we will never win a game, and it is really hard to motivate them and make them believe in themselves. Because of that , my character on and off the court is driven by passion and motivation and I will always try my hardest to keep a positive attitude with my teammates and with my classmates.
