Kali Carter '20 Recruiting Profile

       My name is Kali Carter, I am in my Senior year of High School currently. My family on both my sides are all affiliated with jobs dealing with Medicines, Nurses, Doctors, etc. Now it being my turn to go to college soon, I've chosen to follow in the family footsteps and I aspire to be a Physical Therapists. To further pursue my dream, I have signed up with High School Connections to attend Fayetteville Technical Community College to study in Health and Fitness Science while finishing my senior year. As a student-athlete, I feel we have to work twice as hard to get through school. Maintaining a GPA of 3.75 while playing volleyball has helped me set my priorities straight. To get straight to the point instead of babbling on, I feel that I have pushed myself to always to be a team playing, and push myself to be the best. I have experienced not making my High School volleyball team, but I saw the bright side of the event and still worked as the manager. This showed me that even not playing on the team, I was still apart of it, supporting my teammates.
