My mindset affects how much I can do. Success isn't always assured when I have a positive outlook, but I'll perform poorly if I have a negative outlook. On the other hand, pessimistic individuals like me are more diligent. I don't give up because I really think that I can overcome any obstacle. Compared to pessimistic folks, I can bounce back swiftly from their setbacks.
A compelling vision is necessary to help me overcome my setbacks and realize my goals. With their perspective, I can succeed after failing. I have a dream that inspires me to work harder. Without a clear objective or dream, I risk straying. It's going to fail eventually. If I don't know its location or composition, I can't hit it.
I have to take specific activities and carry out my plans after I have decided what needs to be done. The motivation will not appear if no action is taken. If I don't act on my vision, it is useless. Additionally, I am quite adept in identifying the things that motivate me to improve. Volleyball is one of my passions, thus it inspires me to live. The development and improvement I see in myself serves as my source of motivation. I can find inspiration to become the best version of myself because I have a growth mentality.
