 Ever since I was a young child, (my parents say it started since I was two years old), I have wanted to help people. I have dreams of doing medical missions in Africa and helping transform lives. As I have continued to help others and grow my passion, I have learned that every arena of my life is an opportunity to lead and add value to those around me by helping them rise. 

I am the oldest daughter of Aaron and Kelly Ellison, who have been faithfully  married for 17 years. I have two younger siblings and we adopted my older brother as an adult. I am passionate about playing guitar (acoustic and electric) as I am a worship leader at my high school.  In my pre-teens, I played competitive soccer and volleyball.  As I continued to grow (literally), I realized volleyball was a place God has equipped me with skill and internal drive to have fun, work hard, play with excellence and celebrate with my team. It is also an opportunity to lead and invest in others.  As a freshman, I started on varsity as an outside hitter.  I have played club volleyball for 3 years with Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  I play all the way around in various roles for club. 

As my parents were NCAA Division I athletes, I come from a competitive family. I do love to compete with excellence, and in addition, I love the platform for influence athletics gives you to help transform lives.

My personal mission statement for this season in my life is I, Rylee Echo Ellison, exist to glorify God by being an intentionally positive servant leader so that others experience His love which transforms lives.

I hope to play at a collegiate level while earning scholarships as I want to be a chiropractor doctor and the school path is expensive, expansive and timely.  It would be my pleasure to play for you and help this program rise.
