Josh Cobbs '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Josh Cobbs, I’m a Sophomore and a starting Cornerback at Ben Lippen School.  I am 5’9’’and 160 lbs.  This season, I have 36 tackles and according to MaxPrep, I am ranked in the top 10 among all Sophomores in my region in the state of South Carolina.   As a multi-sport athlete (Football, Baseball, and Track), I am dedicated in the weight room, cross-training with other improvement agility drills, and running to continue to make myself better.  Outside of athletics, I am an honor student, a member of the National BETA club and I am determined to give my best on and off the field.  Being the son of a military officer, I am disciplined, respectful and not afraid of hard work.  I understand the value of teamwork, I am mentally tough, coachable, dedicated, and a Christian.  It’s my goal to excel in college, and like my dad, I want to work towards being in a career where I can ultimately help others.
